Is-sinjal għal SKEJZJAR BIR-ROTI jsir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieqaf orizzontali bis-swaba‘ jippuntaw ’il barra bil-ġenb tas-saba’ ż-żgħir iħares ’l isfel. Il-pala tħares ’il ġewwa djagonalment. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma tas-sinjal għall-ittra B imma bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. Il-pala ta’ din l-id titla’ u tinżel mill-qiegħ tal-id il-wieqfa u fl-istess ħin tersaq ’il quddiem bħallikieku ġġerrilha r-roti.
The sign for ROLLER SKATING is made with both hands. One hand lies stationary horizontally with the fingers pointing outwards and the side of the pinkie pointing downwards. The palm facing upwards diagonally. The other hand takes the shape of the sign for B but with the fingers pointing upwards. The palm of this hand moves up and down to touch the bottom of the stationary hand, at the same time moving forwards as though rolling the wheels underneath the stationary hand.
